Please read our Covid-19 updates on main page. During 2021 depending on Provincial and Federal rules we will be offering limited onsite catering. We WILL be following all Covid protocols. Your guests MUST also follow these protocols or we will leave.
Unless SCK is contracted to serve an event: Our cold items come in containers ready to be placed on your serving trays.
Items requiring reheating come on trays ready to for your oven, serving platters for hot items are the responsibility of the client. (Does not apply if SCK will be serving)
Plates and cutlery for guests and all serving utensils (e.g. bread knives, spreaders, cutting boards) are the responsibility of the client.
Your order is completely cooked and refrigerated. We recommend that you consume all items within 24 hours of pick-up and 3 hours of taking them out of your fridge.
No substitutions or modifications to menu items.
Sandee’s Country Kitchen may substitute certain ingredients at their discretion if required, in order to ensure only high quality ingredients are used.
For event catering, a separate contract and worksheet will be completed prior to confirmation of the requested date.
We do our utmost to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our kitchen is not nut/peanut free We have gluten free options, but our kitchen is not gluten free.
It is possible that some of our ingredients may come into contact with allergens at some point during the supply chain. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our food items are purely nut free and/or gluten free.
For delivery orders, not requiring staff, rentals or special set up please order at least 14 days prior to delivery.
We will also need a confirmation of the guest count at this time.
For special events, with substantial set up, rentals and staffing, please order at least 21 days prior to the event. We will need a confirmation of the guest count 7 days prior to event.
For last minute events such as funerals, we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
We will not handle or serve any alcoholic beverages at your event.
DELIVERY, TAXES AND GRATUITIES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Depending on the event location, different delivery/pick up charges applies (exclusive of tax):
West Carleton/Kanata – $35.00
Renfrew area – $25.00
Almonte/Carleton Place – $35.00
Other areas – $50.00 +
Prices do not include tax
We do not automatically add gratuities to your invoice but you can do so if you wish.
Most of our prices are based on pick up. We will discuss staffing charges at time of booking.
RENTAL AND VENUE COSTS
Sandee’s Country Kitchen is not responsible for any of the costs associated with rentals and venues.
TERMS OF PAYMENT, RETAINERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cash, cheque, debit, e-transfer, Visa or Master Card, prior to delivery.
A 25% non-refundable retainer is due upon booking your event and final payment required prior to delivery. Accounts that remain unpaid within 10 days of the event will incur an interest charge of 5% per month.
We reserve the right to charge up to full price for food items already in production, rental items and for servers booked if you cancel less than 72 hours in advance.
